Jacob Shea Flekier is a New York City–based actor, singer, and musician. He most recently starred as Alex in Alex Edelman’s Just for Us at New Jewish Theatre, carrying the 90-minute solo show and playing the many people in Alex’s stories.

On screen, he appears in Eleanor the Great (Sony TriStar Pictures), directed by Scarlett Johansson, and plays the lead in Kibbutz. On stage, his work spans comedy, drama, and musical theatre with New Jewish Theatre, Capital Stage, STAGES St. Louis, Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre, Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, and the Tennessee Williams Festival St. Louis, including Eugene Jerome in Brighton Beach Memoirs and Broadway Bound, Christopher in The Sound Inside, and Lucas Brickman in Laughter on the 23rd Floor.

He holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University and has trained with The Barrow Group in New York. A bari-tenor, he also plays piano and guitar. Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, he is a Jewish actor of Middle Eastern and Polish descent.
